What the first call actually is

Sixty minutes with me and my team. No charge, no pitch deck.

First we work out what you’re aiming at: the role, the level, and the number. Then we compare that number to what the market pays for your profile, because we’ve asked over a thousand PMs what they earn and most people’s target is low.

Then we walk your whole search, zero to one. Where you should be aiming and who is looking for your background. Your resume. Your LinkedIn and whether it brings you anything inbound. Networking. Your narrative. The tell-me-about-yourself, behavioral rounds, case studies, negotiation.
